Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Avantulo Pay ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam", or any other similar solicitation
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fractional Reserve System

Avantulo Pay operates on a fractional reserve model. When you deposit funds:

  • You receive 125% of your deposit value as credit (100 USD for every 80 USDT deposited)
  • 70% of the credit (Green Balance) is withdrawable
  • 30% of the credit (Yellow Balance) is for platform use only

5. Fees and Charges

We reserve the right to charge fees for certain services. All fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction. Current fee structure is available on our pricing page.

6. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avantulo Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Avantulo Pay operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
